After success comes responsibility.
“Failure taught me how to build. Success gave me the opportunity to decide what was worth building next.”
Four ventures failed. The fifth didn't.
Avnish Chhabria is a first-generation entrepreneur. His journey was not inherited, linear or guaranteed.

Four companies that didn't work. Each one taught something the success story leaves out: that conviction without adaptation is expensive, that ambition needs discipline, and that timing matters.

Building in health and nutrition, where the product meets the human body, everyday habits and scientific evidence.

From building one business to backing many.
What is success for, once you have achieved it?
Building Wellbeing Nutrition showed that wellbeing is not one product category. It is a connected system: physical health, mental resilience, nutrition, longevity, culture, experiences and the places people live.
After Capital is the next step. From operating inside a category to investing across it. From creating value directly to helping other founders create it.

Why we named it
Economic
Capital alone no longer defines advantage. The next era of value is shaped by health, attention, trust, culture, and intelligence.
Market
In financial markets, “after capital” points to what happens beyond the obvious hours; where true signal emerges away from the noise.
Linguistic
Capitalization signals importance. Punctuation creates pause. Meaning emerges not just from rules, but from knowing when to transcend them.
AFTER CAPITAL lives in that pause.
After Capital
The mark begins with a single letter: lambda. Spartan soldiers carried it on their shields, the Λ of Lacedaemon. A Spartan’s shield was not only for his own protection. In formation, each one covered the man beside him. You were judged less by how you fought than by whether you held the line for others.
Lambda has a second life in science. In physics it measures a wavelength. In mathematics and computing it describes a function: something that takes what it is given and turns it into something new.
Our symbol brings the two together. The shield is the stewardship: capital and experience held up so founders can move forward. The function is the transformation: taking what we have learned and turning it into what comes next. Turned forward, the lambda becomes a step and an arrow. It points to what we build next.
Protect the line. Transform what you’re given. Move forward.
A note from Avnish

I am a first-generation entrepreneur. Four ventures failed before I found success with my fifth, Wellbeing Nutrition.
Those failures taught me that conviction without adaptation is expensive, that ambition needs discipline and that timing matters.
Working in health and nutrition left me with one question: what does it actually mean to improve someone’s life? That question has stayed with me.
After Capital is the next chapter. I want to apply what I learned as an operator across a wider set of founders and ideas, in health, longevity, science, consumer, AI and the experiences that shape how we live.
I don’t have all the answers. I believe the right questions, asked with the right people, can help us build better ones.
After Capital is my attempt to do that: to invest, to advise, to learn and to build alongside a community of founders shaping what comes next.
Capital was the beginning. What we build with it is the responsibility.
